Magdalena has given me an incredible resource in the forensic budgeting sheet she created for me. I provided her with all the historical information and she molded it into a document that has the tools I need in order to do my job so much more efficiently and effectively. With this spreadsheet, I am able to provide reports and information to my leadership that pinpoint anything from current budget tracking to pipeline projections which will allow me to be able to show the total spend (including total rooms revenue to a hotel year to year) of my conference. Being able to have this information in one document will enable me to negotiate more and better concessions, which equals savings to my organization.
Magdalena was so great to work with because she understood the need to have something like this, however finding the time to research and create (on top of all the other responsibilities of my job) was hard to find. She made it her mission to help me get the job done. Her analytical skills and understanding of what I needed helped immensely. Lena with Procurement Strategy Group helped us navigate the process of finding a good virtual platform for our conference, did troubleshooting for us when issues came up, and guided us through a successful virtual conference with 700 registrations and three tracks. Hosting an even that big can be stressful...and it still was...but Lena helped us through it all!
