We were clients from January 2013 until October 2017 when Lynn Tausch handled the sale of a house we had owned for 25 years. I recommend Colfax Property Management as a knowledgeable, responsible, competent team who know who to hire to work on your house. Colfax Property Management took over managing our property from an Auburn company that selected tenants who couldn't pay the rent. Lynn's vast knowledge of landlord/tenant law is a real plus.

We rented a house for about a year and a half. Soon after we moved in, the kitchen sink flooded and damaged some wooden tiles. Lynn said it was not our responsibility (the plumber found fat in the pipes likely there because of the previous renters). When we moved out, Lynn charged us for damaged tiles. There were other charges for “damaged” items that also did not occur because of us.
