I attended a Retail Link training with Julie James. The presentation was well organized, clear, and interesting. Participants had a wide range of levels of experience and technical experience, but Julie helped the beginners patiently and kept the more advanced users engaged at the same time.

Software training can easily be just a matter of pushing buttons and waiting, but this course focused on the strategic benefits of the program even at the most beginning stages. I liked the way the facilitator applied the information to real-world situations, and the amount of hands-on practice included in the training. Julie shared lots of tips and answered questions thoroughly -- it's clear that she's an expert.

The facility is comfortable and well organized, and the administration of the course was excellent. The 8th & Walton staff were friendly and helpful. Their knowledge of and proximity to Walmart as well as their skill with the software makes them a top choice for Retail Link training.
