Helped me quickly print out an email one day so I came back to mail a box the next day because they are close. He was honest and said he could not mail it for cheaper or quicker than the post office flat rate box. I so respect honesty in a business!

I am from out of town and needed documents printed in a hurry. I have used this business numerous times and they have been very helpful to get my documents printed off of different medias I have brought in. The copies were always very clean and clear and very reasonably priced. I never had to wait and the gentleman that is there was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. I try to always deal with local businesses instead of big chain stores. Thank you for your great service.

This place is convenient for dropping off your packages from FedEx or UPS.

With not much being in Twentynine Palms it is good to have such a place like this. With out having to go down the hill.

However my several times and visited this establishment I have noticed that it gets the job done I am able to send my packages with UPS or FedEx however the customer service is severely lacking. The employees there seem as if they are not happy to be there and just want to get home. The customer service really needs some serious work!

Other than that the place allows you to get your stuff sent.

The owner is absolutely rude, says it opens at 9am.. I was waiting at the door, I noticed the door said please use other door so I called to make sure I was at the right door. Right when the man, dark hair light eyes and shaggy beard opened the door he asked if I was the one calling I said yes he replied “you don’t need to call if the door isn’t open I’m not open” I told him I was only calling to make sure I was at the right door and he continued to have a poor attitude… and when I left with my packages he slammed the door on me.. if you have the option to use another facility please do so… would never have any of my packages delivered here again….if I could select no stars I would’ve

DO NOT LET SHAGGY BEARD SCAN YOUR ITEMS. HE INCREASES DIMENSIONS AND YOU ARE CHARGED 3-4 TIMES ORIGINAL PRICE AFTER DELIVERY.

The man with the shaggy beard has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. Makes customers feel stupid and generally has a very poor attitude as though he's got better things to do than service you.

The only pros is that this is a convenient drop off location for UPS and FedEx.
