This used to be a reliable place to do your taxes. Unfortunately the last few years they placed our taxes in the hands of unreliable, novice tax preparers. Just got a notice that we owe due to changes they made without notifying us. Best avoid for now.

Very nice people, I just wish they were more reliable with their business hrs . After tax season it’s hard to find someone to help you out or even pick up the phone they’ll have a message with their working hrs after tax season but even then no one will be there . I wish that if I’m paying for a service I will be given the respect but the tax preparers are constantly picking up their phone and being disrespectful when you are paying them, they are not doing you a favor you are paying them to do something and give you the time to do it . NOT PROFFESIONAL .

I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time for them to tell me that I had to request who would help me even though I’ve been going there for years and the girl who made my appointment was just hurrying up to try and get me off the phone
Never going there again
They wanted me to wait longer with my 2 year old till she had time to see me
